Ground-up multifamily building in the Cooke Avenue Redevelopment District, leasing as The Botanic. Includes a parking garage, rooftop terrace, fitness center, resident lounge, and package delivery facilities. Ground-floor retail totals 2,000 square feet, with more than 15,000 square feet of restaurant and bar space and a 7,500 square foot bar and lounge on the roof.
